i got Eco battery 51V 105 AH Thru hole battery for my club car from this company. It arrived in a 18-wheeler after 3 days which i think is pretty normal. The delivery was secure, and they dropped it off by my garage door which was perfect as my Wife, and I were easily able to install it. I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying again from this company.

I read the reviews regarding Louise golf cart and was very hesitant to buy from them. I tried to get in touch with them, but no one ever answered the phone, and I never got a return call from my messages. However, I rolled the dice and ordered a part for $5790, and I received it in two weeks. It fit like a glove and was very good quality. I was very pleased. I will buy from Louise Golf Cart again……!

I’ve had a Golf cart for a number of years, and I have to say that this company has the best customer service of any I’ve ever dealt with. They have replaced parts free of charge on occasion, which I’ve not known of anywhere else. They are amazingly responsive. I can’t speak highly enough of them. I tell everyone who’ll listen how great they are.

I ordered an Ecobattery Lithium kit from Louise Golf cart past 10:00 PM and the owner of the company sent me a text within minutes about a special not I put on the order. He expedited my order to suit my needs as well. Customer service was top notch. I ended up buying another Ecobattery Lithium kit from them after having such a good experience.

Great customer service and quick delivery. I had ordered batteries from another vendor and after two weeks they still hadn’t shipped. I needed new batteries by the weekend as we had guests coming. I called on a Monday and spoke with Ryan. He checked to see if they could do a rush order and ship them that day. They shipped that day and arrived on Wednesday!! I was very grateful for the quick turnaround, the fast delivery and most importantly the customer service. All around an excellent experience and we will be getting all of our golf cart upgrades from them in the future.

I’ve been using LouiseGolf Carts for the past two months for upgrading my 2014 Club Car Villager LSV and they have been absolutely incredible. My golf cart is somewhat unique, and it has been challenging to find aftermarket parts that are compatible. Both Sales and Customer Support have been extremely helpful in helping me identify the necessary parts that will work with my Club Car. My favorite purchase so far is my new Lazy Life seats. I ordered the wrong part for my cart on Saturday and called on Monday morning to cancel it. I spoke with Karl who got my order cancelled and refunded in less that 10 minutes.
